Freddy Logan is a large troll, both from a height and girth situation (yes, he is rather obese), and he enjoys the state that he is in, like some sort of neo-hedonist. He lives in Despite the man's obvious desire to eat, he is extremely critical of food and cooking, which is a good trait to have for a famous restaurant tester. Every restaurant worth a damn wants to be reviewed by Freddy, so he gets a lot of offers and people really want to be friends with him. Sometime down the line he realized that restaurants are a great place to make connections to people with a lot of money not related to the restaurant economy, who might be looking for people with a specific set of skills; the day he realized this was the day Frontload the Fixer was born.

When Freddy heard of the Hotspot's recent addition of an experimental foodplace -in- the club, something about it struck his fancy and he immediately ventured to Seattle to see what was going on. Not only was the food excellent (as were the other random art objects that he was being served for some reason), but so was the realization that he was exclusively dealing with more than capable runners there. After a while of thinking it through, he eventually decided to make Seattle his new home and offer his services to the more renowned runners there.
