((WIP: FIHP Contacts might get a rework)) Vogue is a magazine owned by the AA-rated Advance Publications, a media company acting as an underdog rival to Horizon. In part, this relevant position has to do with the incredible success Vogue magazine has continued to have in its now soon 200-year-long fashion reign. Five years after the remainder of Canada merged with the US in 2030, Heidi Cardin was put in charge of this new UCAS-branch as part of a larger restructuring, doing away with the old and putting in charge one of the most intelligent, most famous and most opinionated supermodels at the time. Ugly rumors surrounded the multi-talent for months; An Editor-in-chief still in her teens was a bold move even for Vogue.

Not moved by the idle banter, Heidi instead chose to silence the dissenting voices by navigating the Sixth World's capricious fashion trends with a confidence and decisiveness she could only have learned from her mentor, the previous editor. Fast forward forty years:Due to how quickly fashion is made and trends change in the Sixth World, Vogue management chose to rebuild the editor hierarchy. Multiple restructurings returned the magazine back to weekly releases, and after Matrix 2.0, a constantly updating subscription service delivered to you per commlink app. The twist: Weekly ""premium magazine"" releases with hefty pricetags for Fashion elitists and wealthier citizen, bringing back the old success model while staying competitive with other instant-update services. Heidi is still in charge - notably aged, though Leonization fixed that - only that her title changed from Chief Editor UCAS to Premium Chief Editor, leaving her in charge of the global weekly release while agents and lesser fashion cultists handle automatic updates.

Heidi is 1,95m tall, thinner than average, has long blond hair and delicate facial features. A striking jawline and ice-blue eyes reign in the adorable face, complemented with the typical Ice Queen demeanor she learned from her Fifth World predecessor and mentor. Her favorite type of clothing are reportedly Second Skin-types, mostly due to the incredible flexibility of AR/Holo-fashion. Her personality can be summarized as elegant and tasteful, demanding and critical, serene but impatient, coldly focused and sometimes funny in a reserved, cynical way.
