Julie Kamaroff is an investigator with the T-PA Security Service (TPASS), akin to a detective on a police force. Based out of Inuvik, she is one of the few investigators in the area, often traveling between the various T-PA towns in the North American region. Highly respected in her country, she also has ties with law enforcement in other NAN nations and the Seatlle Metroplex.

Is There a Problem, Officer? At Loyalty 4, for a chip, Julie will abuse her police powers to your benefit. Generally this will only involve small tasks, like questioning people, intimidating low-influence NPCs, or other relatively minor tasks that a crooked cop could do for you. She might also perform larger services for more chips, at GM discretion.

Witness Protection At Loyalty 3, Julie can get you access to a safehouse in any NAN territory for a chip.
