Lazarus is actually named George Stein, but he's found that people expect the fancy name along with the fancy robes, and honestly he enjoys hamming it up for a crowd, though he draws the line at carrying a staff; the things are murder to get into cars. He awakened later in life, and before he did he worked for Docwagon as a recovery center doctor and mechanic (that particular bit of crosstraining, he'll tell you, was a real fad at the time); he still has a lot of sympathy for hardworking mundanes who struggle like he used to have to. He has especially long, dark hair and a beard so rich and full that it's been known to make dwarves envious.

Lazarus is a hermetic magician who places wards and other ritual spells on people's homes; he knows (and will cast) the ritual spells Ward, Circle of Healing, Renasence, Alarm Ward, Mana Ebb and Mana Flow. He knows all the Increase Attribute spells, Increase Reflexes, Mana Barrier, Physical Barrier, Alter Temperature, Mob Mood and Light. He has the flexible signature and flux metamagics, and always casts rituals in flux.
