Reggie Sykes is not your typical EVO rep. Loud, drunk, and obnoxious does not typically bode well for climbing up the corporate ladder, but Reggie makes it work. Mostly by making Shadowrunners do the work. That said, he's not completly useless. Reggie has been schmozing his way up the corporate ladder his whole life, and he's picked up a thing or two. From corporate politics, to EVO's European dealings, as well as the latest Cyber and Bioware specifications Reggie has a wealth of knowledge that his good personal mercenary friends can access. Reggie likes to live up the high life, and will often book meetings in either the Downtown Hilton, or the Lake Youngs Hilton. His jobs usually involve cleaning up his messes from corporate projects that have gone bad, to covering up incidents of embezzlement or incompetence, but recently he's been revealed to have a close working relationship with Shinji Imagawa. What this means is still undetermined, but Reggie might not always be pulling the strings, even on his own jobs.

Never stop EVOlving At loyalty 4, Reggie can help the runner acquire Cyber and Bio-ware by adding his connection rating to their negotiation role. Does not stack with contacts finding gear for runners.
