Scrappy runs a chop shop able to turn most modern vehicles, gear, and drones into a series of untraceable parts in mere hours. Her charm and effusiveness is uncommon in her field and makes her many friends amongst her employees and customers, who tend to become a bit protective of her.
If you have something that needs disappeared, she'll help you out. She's a good source of parts coincidentally, if you're willing to part with some cred.
I don't do this for everyone...: At Loyalty 5, Scrappy will repair all your drones/vehicles once a month for free.
