Backstory

Dexter worked for Ford Motors as a remote test driver and mechanics. He was well liked and thought of. He has a darker side however and has the urge to kill so he would kill serial killers. He fled New York when he felt he had pushed his luck there and came to the UCAS under the assumed identity Phil Mianus
